do you keep logs?
NOKZ is designed not to retain browsing activity, DNS history, or traffic contents. Some limited operational data may be stored for authentication, provisioning, billing, and service reliability.
do i need wireguard?
Supported platforms connect using WireGuard-compatible profiles. Where required, install the WireGuard app from wireguard.com/install, then import the QR code or configuration generated by NOKZ.
what do you accept for payment?
Cryptocurrency — including BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), USDC, and other major digital assets supported by our payment provider. More options may be added later.
what is an anonymous access key?
An anonymous access key (NOKZ-XXXX-…) is a unique credential tied to your account. You create one per device inside the NOKZ app. It lets a device connect to our VPN servers without requiring an email address or any personal information. You can revoke or replace a key at any time from your account dashboard.
what happens if i lose my account key or recovery phrase?
If you lose your account key you can create a new one in the dashboard — your subscription stays intact. If you lose your recovery phrase and also lose access to your password, your account cannot be recovered. NOKZ keeps no user data, emails, or backups and has no support recovery path. Write your recovery phrase down offline and keep it somewhere safe.
do I need to provide an email address?
No. You can create a NOKZ account with only a username and password — no email, phone number, or real-world identity required. You can also sign up via a compatible crypto wallet. Your account is identified by your anonymous access key and recovery phrase only.
which platforms are supported?
NOKZ currently provides clients for Android, GrapheneOS, macOS, Windows (x64), and Linux (x64). All platforms connect using WireGuard-compatible profiles. iOS support is planned. Where a native client is not yet available, you can import the WireGuard config directly into the official WireGuard app.
what is nokz's mission?
NOKZ is built around one principle: reduce the data exposure of the people who use it. That means no traffic inspection, no browsing logs, anonymous account keys, and honest communication about what we retain and why. We are not interested in over-promising absolute anonymity — no service can guarantee that. What we can do is build a lean, technically sound product that minimises unnecessary exposure at every step.
