NOKZ is intended to provide privacy-oriented network access while maintaining service stability and provider compliance.

No Traffic Inspection by Design

NOKZ is not designed to inspect the contents of VPN traffic or retain browsing history as part of normal service operation.

Service Protection

To protect the platform, NOKZ may restrict, rotate, deny, or revoke access where necessary to preserve infrastructure stability, enforce subscription state, respond to provider requirements, or address technical abuse affecting the service.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not attempt to:

• Disrupt or overload NOKZ infrastructure
• Interfere with availability for other users
• Abuse provisioning, authentication, or payment systems
• Use the service in a way that creates direct operational risk for the platform

User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for their actions while using the service. NOKZ may not be able to investigate historical browsing behavior, but it may act to protect the service where operational or provider-level signals require it.
